image Hallelujah In the city began in 2009 when Pastor Noel Jean Yves started an online prayer and Bible study. With a strong emphasis on teaching God’s Word, the ministry has grown to minister a variety of outreaches and ministries.

After a few years of careful planning and preparation, it is about to go from being a merger ministry with limited ability to support its local community to a reality of true help and refuge for all. Hallelujah In The City is a Christ-centered Church that empowers people to live transfomed lives, restores families, and bring hope to communities - both now and for eternity.

We sustain and develop church leaders, pastors, and our local churches to live their faith in exciting new ways. We believe in a God that is still speaking, a God that is all-loving. We are relentless in our call to prepare people for this life and eternal life.
